The Competition Section is responsible for:

	Processing of competition complaints;
	Administering the firewall provisions in the broadcasting licences;
	Enforcing the accounting separation requirements for broadcasting licensees, and
	Conducting reviews of the licence fee structure for radio and television broadcasting licences.
